RETAIL ASSISTANT

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the Retail Assistant are key to the Shop operation. Retail Assistants can be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Provide answers and solutions to queries where possible form customers, to ensure that the shopping experience is fitting of a premium event.
  • Stock replenishing, merchandising on the shopfloor and operating tills are all part of this role.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a customer service role would be beneficial.

SKILLS

  • Self-motivated and proactive and ready to work as part of a small team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable and patient.
  • Strong attention to detail.

 

RETAIL STOCK ROOM ASSISTANT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Retail Stock Room Assistant are key to the Shop operation. Retail Stock Room Assistants can be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Ensuring the shelves are sufficiently stocked, working with the Team Leaders closely to manage this.
  • Individuals will support with deliveries and organising the stock room to ensure everything is tidy and in order.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a similar role would be beneficial.

 

SKILLS

  • Self-motivated and proactive and ready to work as part of a small team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable and patient.
  • Strong attention to detail.

 

RETAIL SHOP TEAM LEADERS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the Retail Shop Team Leaders are key to the Shop operation. Retail Shop Team Leaders can be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Lead a team within your specific area, providing them with support and guidance throughout. Reporting any issues or concerns to management as appropriate.
  • Provide answers and solutions to queries where possible from customers, to ensure that the shopping experience is fitting of a premium event.
  • Stock replenishing, merchandising on the shopfloor and operating tills are all part of this role.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a similar role is essential, ideally in a retail or event role.

  • Friendly, approachable and patient.
