This role would report directly to the Manager and responsibilities would include –

• Researching the local marketplace
• Attending networking events
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing the process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Relationship building with all stakeholders
• Recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy, including advertising promotional activities
• Support the team in registering, interviewing, assessments and inductions of candidates where necessary
