An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clients Facilities Team as a Handyperson. The successful candidate will resolve general repairs and maintenance tasks and a range of other practical requests that come into the department via the Facilities helpdesk system. Ensuring a solutions focused approach to each request, across a multi-site operation based in St Andrews
This is a full time, 12 month- fixed term position working 35 hours per week with the possibility of extending the booking for the right candidate. You will be employed through Key Personnel.
As this is a multi-site role a successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle
Duties will Include :-
About You:
• You have practical experience in a range of maintenance and repair tasks.
• You have good problem-solving skills and can work independently when required.
• You’re a team player with a flexible attitude, willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
• You take pride in your work and aim to complete jobs to a high standard.
• You have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• A full driving license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment is preferred.
